For direct bookings, cancellations made 7 or more days before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations made 5 to 7 days before arrival incur a 50% charge of the booking amount. Cancellations within 5 days of arrival and no-shows are charged the full booking amount.
What are the check-in and check-out timings at Kavin Hotels?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM across all Kavin Hotels properties.
Is Kavin Hotels safe for women travellers?
Yes. Every Kavin Hotels property is designed to be family- and women-friendly, with safety measures that include a 24x7 staffed reception, verified ID check-in, on-site assistance at all hours, well-lit corridors and secure floors, female-trained teams, room escorts on request, announced housekeeping and room service visits, and direct room phone access to the front desk.
