How we keep your stay safe
The Small Things, Noticed
Safety on the road isn't one big policy, it's a hundred small decisions, from how the room is announced to which corridor light stays on until late in the night. Here's what you can expect, and what you can ask for.
Travelling alone shouldn't mean travelling on guard. Tell us what would make your stay easier, we'll work it out.

On Arrival
ID is verified at the front desk. A staff escort to your room is available, just ask. We'll show you the in-room safe and the floor's emergency exit on the walk up.

During Your Stay
Housekeeping and room service are announced before entry. Tell us your preferred contact times and we'll route around them. The room phone connects directly to the front desk extension.

Late at Night
Reception is staffed 24×7. If you're heading out for dinner and want a known driver, we'll arrange one. Returning late? Ring ahead and we'll have someone meet you at the entrance.

If Anything Is Wrong
Every room has the front desk extension and the General Manager's direct number. You can also message us on WhatsApp, we read those, too. We act first, ask questions after.
