What you'll be doing

• Overseeing end-to-end operations across multiple partner hotels within your assigned region.
• Ensuring compliance with Anandam's operational and quality standards while maintaining service excellence.
• Driving guest satisfaction through continuous process improvements and operational excellence.
• Building strong relationships with hotel partners and key stakeholders.
• Leading, coaching, and developing hotel teams to deliver consistent performance.
• Conducting regular operational audits and implementing corrective actions where needed.
• Monitoring key business metrics, including occupancy, revenue, audit scores, and guest reviews.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business growth and the successful onboarding of new hotel partners.

What we're looking for

• 3–6+ years of experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
• Experience managing multiple hotels or a cluster of properties is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A data-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
